- Be present and kind. Offer warm companionship, listen closely, and help each traveler feel respected and at ease.
- Support the trip safely. Help with travel logistics and everyday mobility while staying within non-medical companion care.
- Keep families informed. Communicate clearly, show up reliably, and let the family know how the visit is going.

Questions caregivers often ask
What does the vetting process include?
Caregivers complete identity and comprehensive background checks, including criminal and sex-offender registry checks. Approved caregivers are re-verified annually.
Can I choose when I’m available?
Yes. You set your own rates, hours, and availability, and can choose which trip requests fit your schedule and experience.
When do caregivers get paid?
Caregivers receive 80% of the total booking value. Payment is processed through the platform within 5–7 business days after the trip is completed.
